We will resize your bracelet for free(minus shipping) within a 30 day period. We use all the best materials to ensure that with proper care and handling, your jewelry will last a lifetime. However, as the saying goes...nothing lasts forever. Accidents happen but rest assured that Glittermom will be there to pick up the pieces. There is no problem that can't be resolved.
