How soon will I receive my bracelet after I place the order?
We keep a large stock of beads on hand so it is only in rare cases that something will need to be ordered.  Most orders are
shipped within 2 days of payment.  Special orders will, in most cases add 2-4 days.

A word about emails....When we receive customer emails, we respond the same day the email is
received.  In many cases, we respond immediately.  Please note that if you do not receive a response
from us in a timely manner, the email may have been sent to your spam folder.  Please be sure to
check there or revise your email setting to accept mail from us.  

How do I care for my jewelry?
Do your best to avoid getting your jewelry wet or exposing it to any chemicals.  Sterling silver will tarnish but shine is
easily restored using silver polishing cloths which are available for purchase at check-out.  Store your jewelry in a zip-lock
plastic bag to help prevent tarnish.  The crystals on any design can be cleaned with basic soap and water.  Do not wear your
bracelet while sleeping as this may cause stress on the clasp.

I am looking for a charm or bracelet style not shown.  What should I do?
We love special orders so please contact us with your  request.

How do I know what size I need?
The best and most accurate way is to carefully measure your wrist or another bracelet(from end to end including clasp).  A  
cloth measuring tape works best.  If this is a gift for an adult and you are unable to measure, use the following guidelines:  
Small-7in, Medium-7.5in, Large-8.0in.  Larger sizes are available but additional charges apply.  If this is for a child, we can
determine the appropriate size based on the child's age.  

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If there is any problem with your jewelry, please contact us.  At your request, we will
email a picture of your item before shipping to make sure you are happy with it.   If you receive your jewelry and it doesn't
fit , we will re-size it for free(minus shipping) within the first 30 days.

What about shipping and sales tax?
You may choose First Class Shipping($4.50) , Priority Mail($6.50) or Express($18.80).   Sales tax (7%) will be charged for RI
residents only.  If you buy multiple items, you will only pay one shipping fee.  We are now offering international shipping
via First Class International or Flat Rate Priority International.  

What materials do you use?
Only the best!!  Bracelets are guaranteed to be 100% sterling silver from end to end, unless otherwise specified.  All
crystals are world renowned Swarovski.  We use professional strength beading wire that is made of stainless steel and
nylon coated.  It is strong and extremely durable yet flexible as well.

What if my bracelet breaks?
We stand behind all of our jewelry but accidents do happen.  We will re-string /repair your bracelet for free(minus
shipping) if it breaks within a 90 day period.  If your bracelet breaks,  send it back including as many beads as possible.  
Include your original order info please.  After 90 days, you will be charged a re-stringing fee of $8/strand plus the cost to
replace any missing beads. It is a good idea to restring any bracelet that is worn frequently due to normal wear and tear on

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, for an additional charge of $6, we will gift wrap your jewelry for you.

What are Wire Guards or Wire Guardians?
Wire guards are sterling silver pieces that are added near the clasp.  Their purpose is to protect the beading wire from
rubbing on the crimp beads as well as giving the bracelet a more finishes look.   These guards extend the life of your
