How soon will I receive my bracelet after I place the order? TOP

We keep a large stock of beads on hand so it is only in rare cases that something will need to be ordered. Because of this, we typically will ship your items very quickly...usually within 2 days. Special orders will in most cases add 2-4 days to shipping time.

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

Is this a secure site? TOP
Yes, your private financial data is never stored or accessed by us. This info goes directly through Pay Pal's secure order process. PayPal uses SSL technology to insure that your information is protected. For more info on PayPal's privacy policy go to PayPal's privacy policies

A word about emails....When we receive customer emails, we respond the same day the email is
received. In many cases, we respond immediately. Please note that if you do not receive a response
from us in a timely manner, the email may have been sent to your spam folder. Please be sure to
check there or revise your email setting to accept mail from us.

I am looking for a charm or bracelet style not shown. What should I do? TOP
We love special orders so contact us. Because there are so many choices for charms, it is impossible to have everything in stock. If you can imagine it, there is most likely a charm out there. Let us know what will make your bracelet special and we'll find it for you.

How do I care for my jewelry? TOP

Do your best to avoid getting your jewelry wet or exposing it to any chemicals.  All sterling silver will tarnish but shine is easily restored using silver polishing cloths which are available for purchase at check-out($4).  The crystals on any bracelet can be cleaned with soap and water.  Do not wear your bracelet while sleeping as this may cause undue stress on the clasp and the wire.    Storing your bracelet in a zip-lock plastic bag when you are not wearing it will help prevent tarnish as well.

How do I know what size I need? TOP

Please do your best to measure your wrist to avoid having to send your precious bracelet back.  You can either measure another bracelet  from end to end including the clasp or you can measure your wrist using a cloth measuring tape.  If your wrist measures 6.5in, we will typically add up to an inch to this measurement for a correct fit.   If this is a gift for an adult, you may use the following guidelines: small-7.0in, medium-7.5in, large-8.0in.  Larger sizes are available but additional charges apply.  If this is a gift for a child, we can determine size based on the childs age.  If the child is very small or very large for their age, please let us know and we will make the proper adjustment.

What is your return policy? TOP

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.  If you have any problems with your jewelry, please contact us.  To ensure your happiness, we will email a picture of your jewelry before it is shipped.  If you receive your bracelet and the size is incorrect, please contact us for return info.  We will re-size for free(minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase.  

What about shipping and sales tax? TOP

Shipping is $4.50 for first class, $6.50 for Priority and $18.80 for Express(overnight).   7% sales tax will be charged in RI only.   We are now offering international shipping via First Class International or Flat Rate Priority International.

What materials do you use? TOP

Only the best!!  Bracelets are guaranteed to be .925 sterling silver unless otherwise noted in the description.  All crystals are world renowned Swarovski.  We use professional strength beading wire made of multistrand stainless steel cable coated with nylon.  This wire delivers the best flexibility while being extremely strong. 

What if my bracelet breaks? TOP

We stand behind all of our jewelry but accidents happen.   If your bracelet breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will fix it for free(minus shipping).   Contact us for info on returning your bracelet. Please send back as many beads as possible when returning your bracelet.  If you need repairs after 90 days, it will cost $8 per strand plus the cost of any replacement beads. 

Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP

Yes, any item can be gift wrapped for an additional $6.  You will be given this option at check-out. 

What are Wire Guards or Wire Guardians? TOP
Wire guards are sterling silver pieces that are added near the clasp.  Their purpose is to protect the beading wire from rubbing on the crimp beads as well as giving the bracelet a more finished look.  These guards will extend the life of your bracelet.  For pictures of wire guards, please click here.
