We stand behind all of our jewelry but accidents do happen. We will repair your bracelet for free(minus shipping) if it breaks within a 90 day period. We will resize your bracelet for free(minus shipping) within a 30 day period. We use all the best materials to ensure that with proper care and handling, your jewelry will last a lifetime. However, as the saying goes...nothing lasts forever. Accidents happen but rest assured that Glittermom will be there to pick up the pieces. There is no problem that can't be resolved. For this reason, let your children wear their bracelets and you should do the same. Don't be afraid to show them off with pride!! We LOVE requests to "Add a Strand as families grow . At this time, you will have the opportunity to give your original strand a "tune-up". We will replace the wire and shine the silver so it looks like new. Please be aware that the restring fee covers our time(restringing the second time takes as long as the first time), jewelry wire, crimp beads...If your bracelet breaks do your best to send as many beads back as possible.
